Born out of an understanding of the issues in the care industry, we aim to benefit both care recipients and caregivers by providing structure, accountability and world-class care. We understand that people are unique, and therefore take a holistic angle instead of a one-size-fits-all approach.
We prioritise pairing each client with a maximum of 3 carers. This not only reduces the risk of cross-contamination, but provides the care recipient with dedicated friends who understands their particular needs and interests.

PBM Care works with highly qualified and experienced freelance carers with a range of specialities, allowing us to provide a full suite of care services. We take the time to get to know the care recipient before we draw up a dedicated care plan, allowing us to tailor our services according to their needs.
We also offer a selection of holistic preventative treatments. These can be seamlessly slotted into an existing plan for an extra dimension of care.

The start of something great
We are currently awaiting Care Quality Commission (CQC) approval.
The CQC is an organisation that regulates and ensures the quality and safety of social care services in England, including both care homes and care agencies. This helps individuals make informed decisions about the care options available to them or their loved ones.
As we are currently awaiting CQC approval, we are not yet offering complete care services – In the interim we are providing our clients with companionship roles.

What safety precautions to PBM Care take?
On top of the rigorous health and safety training the carers we subcontract take, we ensure they wear body cameras while caregiving as an extra security measure and for the peace of mind of their clients. We also conduct bi-weekly checks to ensure that our carers are meeting the news of the clients.
What do PBM Care look for?
We believe that there are those who treat caregiving as a job, and those who are naturally drawn to it from an innate need to help others. Our selection process therefore goes beyond qualifications and prior experience to account for professional and personal references, personality types and general attitude towards caregiving, allowing us to shortlist and work with natural-born carers.
What are the minimums that PBM Care look for when subcontracting?
We require each carer to hold a minimum level 2 diploma in adult care and several years of prior experience, and this is before we delve into their references.
How does PBM Care match caregivers with clients?
Our matching process factors in prior experience with specialist areas of caregiving, personality types, availability, scheduling and language preferences.
